शेवटच्या भेटीनंतरची भेट...पार्ट २ (काल्पनिक)

गेल्या महिन्यात एका मित्राचा फोन आला. कॉन्फरन्स ला चल म्हणे पुण्याला. एका दिवसाची आहे त्यानिमित्ताने भेट हि होईल. मी काही विचार न करता हो म्हटलं. आणि माझं रजिस्ट्रेशन करायला सांगितलं. इकडच्या तिकडच्या गप्पा झाल्या आणि भेटू म्हटलं मग तिथं. पुण्यात जाणं आम्ही सहसा टाळत नाही. ५-७ वर्षे तिथे राहिल्याने त्या शहराविषयी आपुलकी आहे. पुणे म्हटलं कि डोळ्यासमोर येतो तो पुण्यातला पाऊस, वडापाव, चितळे, अब चौक, सारसबाग, पर्वती, शनिवारवाडा, विद्यापीठे, भले मोठ्ठे मोल्ल्स, गणेशोत्सव, झेड ब्रिझ, इतर प्रेक्षणीय स्थळ, पेठांच पुणे, माहिती-तंत्रज्ञान उद्योग आणि असंख्य गोष्टी. 
मी ट्रेन ने पुण्याला गेलो. तिथं आम्ही कॉन्फरन्स असलेल्या महाविद्यालयात भेटलो. सर्व सोपस्कार आटोपून आम्ही त्या सेमिनार हॉल ला पोचलो. कॉन्फरन्स नुकतीच सुरु झाली होती. दिवसभर तिथेच होतो. बाहेर जास्त आणि आत कमी. त्यामुळे आत काय झालं हे काही फार माहित नाही. फार काही शिकण्यासारखं होतं असंही काही नाही. नाहीतरी अश्या कॉन्फरन्स म्हणजे आपला ए पी आय वाढवण्यापलीकडे काय असते हो. आम्ही केल्यासारखं करतो तुम्ही शिकण्यासारखं करा. तिकडे काय सुरु असते याचं कुणालाही देणं-घेणं नसतेच. बरीचशी मंडळी चर्चेत गुंग असते. बाहेर ये जा तर नित्याचीच. काही त्या एसीत डुलक्या झोडत होते. 
कॉन्फरन्स शेवटच्या टप्प्यात होती. आभारप्रदर्शन बाकी होतं. त्याला म्हटलं, चल आता काय ते धन्यवाद वगैरे ऐकायचे. सर्टिफिकेट घेऊया आणि निघू. तो हि हो म्हटला. त्या हॉल च्या बाहेर येतंच होतो कि वोट ऑफ थंक्स करणारा आवाज ओळखीचा वाटला. मी मागे वळून पाहिलं तर ओळखीचा चेहरा दिसला. 
अरे ती आणि इथं? मी नकळत बोलून गेलो.
कोण रे? अरे ती madam. 
तू ओळखतो का तिला? 
हो. तू एक काम कर, माझं हि सर्टिफिकेट घे. मी येतो लगेच. नाहीतरी तिथे गर्दी दिसतेय. वेळ लागेलच. 
तो सर्टिफिकेट घेण्यासाठी गेला आणि मी तिथेच शेवटच्या खुर्चीत बसलो आणि त्या दोन-चार मिनिटात जेवढं लिहिता येईल तेवढं लिहून काढलं घाईघाईत कसंतरी. 
मी लिहिलेलं ते असं-
हाय, कशी आहेस?
मी मजेत आहे. तू हि मजेत असशील? 
आज कित्येक दिवसानंतर तुला पाहिलं. ८-१० वर्षे तर नक्की झाली असतील. काय योगायोग आहे ना. तू पुन्हा कधी दिसशील असं वाटलं नव्हतं. पण ते आज प्रत्यक्षात आलंय. पूर्वी सातत्याने भेटी व्हायच्या. कित्येक तास आपण गप्प्यांमध्ये घालवलाय. वेळ कधी निघून जायचा ते कळायचं नाही. तू मंदिरात जाते असं तू जेव्हा सांगितलं तेव्हा माझ्यातला भक्त जागी झाला. आणि माझीही मंदिर वारी सुरु झाली. मी रोज जायचो तिथं. तिथं तुझी बर्याचदा भेट हि झाली पण ती natural नव्हती. घडवून आणलेलं होतं सगळं. मी काही फार धार्मिक होतो असं काही नाही. 
फार काही लिहित नाही. मुद्द्यावर येतो. 
माझं प्रेम होतं तुझ्यावर. मला हवी होतीस तू माझ्या आयुष्यात. तसं झालं नाही हे खरं आहे. पण तुला ते कधी सांगू शकलो नाही. तुझं जग वेगळ आहे तसच माझंही आहे. तू दूर गेल्यानंतर हि माझ्या स्वप्नात नेहमी असायची. गेली कित्येक वर्ष मी तुझ्या प्रेमात होतो. आयुष्य म्हणजे तू आणि मी असं एक समीकरण बनवायचा प्रयत्न सुरु होता. पण ते समीकरण अपूर्ण राहिलं. प्रत्येक मुलीत मी तुलाच शोधत होतो. स्कूटीवर जाणर्या मुली दिसल्या कि वाटायचं तूच आहेस. तुझ्या अस्तित्वाचा भास नेहमी व्हायचा. कदाचित आपण कित्येक तास सोबत घालवलेले असल्याने असं होत असावं. जेवढं जास्त तुला विसरायचा प्रयत्न केला तेवढी जास्त तू आठवणीत राहिली. पण आज तुझ्याविना आयुष्य सुरु झालंय. तुझ्या मनात काय होतं मला माहित नाही. मला जाणून हि घ्यायचं नाही. आभाळात ढगांनी खूप गर्दी करावी आणि जमिनीवर पाण्याचा थेंब हि नाही. तसंच काहीतरी झालंय. आज तुला पाहिलं आणि भूतकाळात गेलो. वाटलं सांगून टाकावं सारं. म्हणून हे काही शब्द कागदावर उतरवले. 
गैरसमज नसावा. 
अबक 
आभारप्रदर्शन संपल्यावर मी लगेच त्या स्टेज च्या दिशेने गेलो. ती कुणाशी तरी बोलत होती. तिचं माझ्याकडे लक्ष गेलं आणि ती माझ्यादिशेने आली.
हाय, हाऊ आर यु?
फाईन. (आपल्याकडे एकच उत्तर असते ना.)
बाय द वे तू कशी आहेस?
मस्त...मजेत.
चल चहा घेऊ.ती म्हटली.
ओके.

चहा घेण्यासाठी आम्ही कॅन्टीन ला गेलो. मित्र फोन वर फोन करत होता. मी मोबाईल बंद करून टाकला. 
५-१० मिनिटे गप्पा झाल्या. अधून-मधून माझं लक्ष तिच्या मंगळसुत्राकडे जात होतं. सगळं पूर्वीसारखच होतं. थोडी लठ्ठ जरूर झाली होती. ड्रेस ची जागा साडीने घेतली होती. पहिल्यांदा तिला साडी नेसलेलं पाहिलं. किती सुंदर दिसत होती ती. तिच्या याचं सौंदर्यावर मी वेडा होतो. 
मला जायला हवं आता. उशीर होतोय. ती म्हटली.
ठीक आहे. मी पण निघतो. 
जाता जाता मी ती चिट्ठी तिच्या हातात सोपविली आणि नंतर वाचून घे म्हटलं.
मनावरचं ओझं कमी झाल्यासारखं वाटलं. किती सोपं असते ना?
ती निघून गेली आणि मी त्या कॉलेज च्या बाहेर आलो. मित्राला फोन केला तर तो रेल्वे स्टेशन ला गेला होता. त्याने चार-पाच शिव्या दिल्या मला. ट्रेन ला बराच वेळ होता. तिथं जाऊन हि काय करणार होतो. उगाच कशाला वास घेत बसायच. नाही नाही तर कित्येक दिवस याचा फोन नसतो. आणि आज किती फोन झाले असतील?
मी स्टेशन ला पोचलो. त्याला सर्व सांगितलं. 
मोबाईल नंबर घेतला कि नाही. त्याने विचारलं.
नाही.
का?
गरज वाटली नाही. मी ही मागितला नाही आणि तिने हि विचारलं नाही. 
तिचा नवरा काय करतो रे? 
अभियंता आहे म्हणे.
अरे वा छान आहे कि मग.
छान चं काय. आपल छान नाही का? 
बराच वेळ आमची जुगलबंदी सुरु होती. ट्रेन आली आणि आमचा परतीचा प्रवास सुरु झाला. परत येताना मात्र भूतकाळ आणि वर्तमान यात द्वंद सुरु होतं.

ती शेवटची भेट...(काल्पनिक)

तिची गाडी पार्किंगमधून सुसाट निघाली...पाहता पाहता तिची पाठमोरी आकृती हि दिसेनाशी झाली आणि मी त्या कॉलेज कट्ट्यावर बसून तिला थांबवता आलं असता का याचा विचार करत राहिलो. वेळ नव्हताच. शिक्षणानिमित्त संध्याकाळी दुसर्या शहरी जाण्यासाठी निघायचं होतं. ती नजरेआड गेली ती कायमचीच. पुन्हा कधी हि नं भेटण्यासाठी. ती आमची शेवटची भेट. अर्धा तास थांबली होती फक्त. काहीतरी सांगायचं होतं. पण राहून गेलं सगळं. ती माझ्या भविष्याबद्दल बोलत होती आणि मी तिच्यात माझं भविष्य शोधत होतो. कित्येक तास त्या कट्ट्यावर बसून होतो. 

गेली तीन वर्षे काय झालं काय नाही सगळं डोळ्याखालून जात होतं. तिची ती पहिली भेट अजूनही आठवतेय.

Excuse me, Where is the FY class?

त्या पोर्चमध्ये हे वाक्य ऐकून माझी तारांबळ उडाली. बापजन्मी आपण कधी इंग्रजी ऐकलं नाही...बोलणे तर दूर. क्षणभर विचार केला आणि आपल्या ग्रामीण भाषेत उत्तरलो...त्या रूम ले हाये पोरं बसेल पण आता ब्रेक आहे.

ती हसल्यासारखं चेहरा करून त्या रूम च्या दिशेने गेली. मला हि कळेना नेमकं काय झालं. आपण बरोबर तर सांगितलं मग तरीपण चेहऱ्यावर हास्य. मला  वाटल कदाचित हे शहरातले पोरं-पोरी माहिती सांगितल्यावर हसत असतील. नन्तर कधीतरी तिने सांगितलेलं कि ती माझ्या भाषेला हसली होती म्हणून. एका मुलीने आपल्याला विचारलं म्हटल्यावर मलाही स्वर्गात गेल्यासारखं झालं.

ती निघून गेली अन मी मात्र तिचाच विचार करत राहिलो. लव at फर्स्ट साईट असते ना काहीतरी तसं च काहीतरी झालं. ब्रेक नंतर नेहमीप्रमाणे शेवटच्या बाकावर जाऊन बसलो. तिथे बसण्याचे भरपूर फायदे असतात. एकतर सर्व वर्गाला पाहता येतं आणि समोर काय चाललं आहे याच्याशी काही देणं-घेणं नसते. पूर्ण तासभर ती कुठे बसली आहे ते शोधत राहिलो पण दिसलीच नाही. तास संपल्यावर बाहेर आल्यानंतर बाहेर उभी दिसली.

नवीन शहर-नवीन मानसं-नवीन चालीरीती-चांगलं राहणीमान-शुद्ध भाषा. सगळं वेगळंच. खेड्यातून शहरात गेल्यावर असं होतेच. काही कालानतराने  आपण हि शिकून घेतो हे सगळं.

कधीतरी तिची आपली ओळख होईल या आशेवर दिवसामागून दिवस जात राहिलेत. एव्हाना मी रुळलो होतो नवीन वातावरणात.

तिच्याशी बोलण्याचा योग मात्र परीक्षेच्या वेळी आला. वर्षभर शेवटच्या बाकावर बसून, तिथं जिथं जाते तिकडे जाऊन  बघण्यातच समाधान मानलं. योगायोगाने एकाच ब्लॉक मध्ये होतो. पेपर संपला होता. खूप धाडसानं मी बोलायला पुढे सरसावलो आणि माझ्या तोंडातून एकदाचे शब्द निघाले

"हाय, कसा होता पेपर?

छान गेला पण बघू आता. ओके, बाय, मला जायचंय.. "

"बाय.. माझा पण छान गेला पेपर". न विचारता मी माहिती पुरवली. ती काही न बोलता निघून गेली.

एका वाक्यात संभाषण समाप्त. सुट्ट्या पाहिजे असं वाटायचे पूर्वी आणि आता सुट्ट्या कशाला हव्यात असं वाटतं होतं. पूर्ण सुट्ट्यांमध्ये कॉलेज कधी सुरु होईल असं वाटत होतं.

निकाल लागल्यानंतर दुसर्या वर्षाची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया सुरु झाली होती. कॉलेज सुरु झालं आणि मला कधी नव्हे तेवढा आनंद झाला.

दोघांचा हि विषय सारखा असल्याने संवाद वाढला. रोज आम्ही भेटत होतो. तास सोडून गप्पा सुरु होत्या. असाही तासला जाणारे कमीच असत. कॉलेज च्या कॅन्टीन मधील चहा-कॉफी कंटाळवाणी झाल्यानं पावलं आपसूकच बाहेर पडली. बाहेर हॉटेलात कसं सर्व शांत. मी तिच्यात कसं गुंतलो किंवा गुंतत गेलो ते मला समजलं नाही. ती कॉलेज ला आली नाही कि कंटाळा येत होता. सुट्या हि नको वाटत होत्या. सरकारी सुट्या कमी झाल्या पाहिजेत असं मत बनलं होतं.

मनातलं सगळं सांगून टाकावं असही वाटलं. पण ते कधी जमलं नाही. तिला काय वाटेल या विचाराने ते कधी बाहेर आलंच नाही. तिच्या सान्निध्यात पदवी संपली होती. माझी पावलं दुसर्या शहराकडे वळत होती. एकीकडे भविष्य तर दुसरीकडे ती. गुंतागुंत होती. नेमकं काय करावं ते सुचेना. त्यावेळी तंत्रज्ञान एवढं प्रगत नव्हतं. त्यामुळे मी ते शहर सोडल्यानंतर कधी संपर्क झालाच नाही. नाही म्हणायला तिचा फोटो होता स्लमबुक मध्ये.

आयुष्यातलं पहिलं प्रेम मनात्तच गुदमरून गेलं. ती पुन्हा कधी भेटलीच नाही. जशी अचानक आयुष्यात आली तशीच निघून गेली. एकदा कुठून तरी कळल कि तिचं लग्न झालंय. त्यादिवशी तिचा तो स्लमबुकमधला फोटो हि स्वहः केला.

त्या शहरात गेल्यावर ते कॉलेज... कट्टा...तीच्या गाडीची पार्किंग ची जागा.. कॅन्टीन ...ते बाहेरचं हॉटेल अशा अनेक ठिकाणी मला ती दिसते. तिथं बसलेल्या घोळक्यांमध्ये मला आमची प्रतिकृती दिसते. (One sided love never reaches to the destination. )

ती सध्या काय करते?... कुणास ठाऊक?

# Latepost-मैत्रीदिन निमित्त...

ओढून-ताढून लिहिलेलं काही...

वर्षातन किती डेज्स येतात. काय-काय साजरं करावं माणसानं? आता नुकताच फ्रेन्डशिप डे होऊन गेला. किती सारे whatsapp मेसेजेस आलेत. नवीन नाही तेच तेच. बर गम्मत अशी कि मित्र नसताना हि मेसेज आले. कळेना काय झालंय लोकांना. ते तंत्रज्ञान वापरतात कि तंत्रज्ञान त्यांना. खरं बोलायची

हि पंचाईत. फेसबुक फ्रेंड झाला म्हणजे काय मित्र झाला व्हय? १९९७-९८ ची गोष्ट. त्यावेळी मैत्री वगैरे या गोष्टींचा मागमूस हि नसतो. आमच्या गावाकडे देवीची यात्रा असते. एक मित्र शोधत शोधत शेतापर्यंत जिथं तो काम करत होता  तिथपर्यंत गेला. आणि मग ते दोघं सोबत यात्रेला गेले. शिकायला फक्त एक वर्ष सोबत होते ते. नंतर एकाने शाळा बदलली.  पण तो भेटत राहिला. नंतर मात्र ते कित्येक वर्ष सोबत राहिले. वादविवाद झाले असं नाही. भरपूर होतात. पण त्याचा त्यांच्या मैत्रीवर कधी परिणाम झाला नाही. एखादी गोष्ट हक्काने मागून घेतात. त्यात व्यवहार आला नाही. ते दोघं जळगाव ला असताना आणखी एक मित्र जोडला गेला. त्या तिघांचे स्वभाव एक आहेत असं नाही. मत पटतील असंही काही नाही. प्रत्येकाची स्वतंत्र विचारसरणी आहे. ते सर्व बाजूला ठेवून ते एकत्र आले. त्याला ओर्गानिक बॉंड म्हणतात ते. वेळप्रसंगी एका डब्यात दोन हि अड्जस्त झालेत. मी भात खात नाही म्हणून भूक असताना तो कित्येकवेळा तसाच पडून राहिला.  व्यापामुळे संवाद होत नसेलही पण त्यातला ओलावा कायम असतो. अडचण आली तर हक्काने तर कधी शिव्या देवून काम

करून घेतो.  यानंतर त्यांच्याशी कित्येक जण जोडले गेलेत. पण तिघांमध्ये चौथा आला नाही. प्रत्येकाचं स्वतंत्र सर्कल आहेच. अधूनमधून भेटीगाठी होतातच. कधी अनपेक्षितपणे तर कधी ठरवून. असंख्य आठवणीआहेत सोबत असण्याच्या.

ग्रंथालयातील प्रपोझ नाहीतर कॉलेजमधील कट्ट्यावरच

कधी तास सुरु असताना वाचायला दिलेलं आर्टिकल

आणि त्यातला मैत्रीतला प्रेमभंग

नाहीतर शेवटची राजाची राणी

इतिहास तोंडपाठ आहेच कि.

मैत्रीत प्रेम असतेच ना.

सुरुवातीला मैत्री आणि नंतर बहरत गेलेलं प्रेम,

अचानक वेगळे झालेले मार्ग अन त्यातून प्रेमभंग,

प्रेमभंगातून निघत नाही तर दुसरं प्रेम आणि बरंच काही.

प्रत्येक टप्प्यावर वेगवेगळी प्रकरणं.

कधी कधी स्लामबुक चं वाचन, सिमिलर इव्हेंट्स असं कित्त्येक आणि काय...गायब केलेली अंडरविअर अजून सापडली नाही. शोध सुरु आहे.

धार्मिक नसताना त्या ओमकारेश्वर मंदिरात किती चकरा झाल्या असतील? कशासाठी? दर्शनासाठी? पण कुणाच्या? देवाच्या?... त्या देवालाही बोलावं वाटलं असेल कि बसं बाबा आता. परत येताना भल्यामोठ्या इमारतींकडे पाहणे आणि एक विशिष्ट इमारत सामोर आली कि “सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीने योग्य नाही वाटत, बांधकाम कसं आहे हे.” हे नेहमीचं वाक्य. मोर्निंग वॉक किंवा इव्हिनिंग वॉक हे तर त्या शहरात गेल्यानंतर कळाल. (श्रीमंत लोकं रात्री जेवण झाल्यांनंतर बाहेर फेरफटका मारतात त्याला मोर्निंग वॉक म्हणतात.) गावाकडच्या लोकांना त्याचा मागमूस हि नसतो. दिवसभर शेतात राब राब

राबायचं आणि रात्री जेवल्यानंतर कधी झोप लागते त्यांनाही कळतनाही. त्यांच्या आयुष्यात कुठंआलाय वॉक. त्यांच्या आयुष्यात फक्त धावणं असतं.  त्या कॉलेज ते HDFC किती वाक झाले असतील. सगळं कसं नचरल वाटलं पाहिजे ना? शेवटी लग्न आणि हा भूतकाळ बंदिस्त. अधूनमधून भेटी झाल्या कि हा बंदिस्त भूतकाळ पुन्हा एकदा ताजातवाना होतो. चर्चा, हास्यकल्लोळ , खेचाखेची आणि काय नाही?

जीवन एकट्याने चालण्याची प्रक्रिया नाहीच.  ते कसं असेल ते आसपासची लोकं ठरवतात. व्यवहारी जगात आपुलकीने विचारपूस करणारी मानसं हवीत. पैसा पाहून आपल्याकडे आलेली तर कित्येक सापडतील.

मैत्री परिस्थितीचा विचार करत नसते, जर विचार करत असेल तर समजून घ्या मैत्री नाहीये. - मुन्शी प्रेमचंद

मी आहे हा असा आहे, पटले तर घ्या नाही तर सोडून द्या...हा विचार त्यांनाही पटलेला. पूर्वी पत्र लिखाण चालायचं...आता त्याची जागा सोशल नेट्वर्किंग नं घेतलीय.  फ्रेन्डशिप धाग्यान काय ते घट्ट होते. नाहीच ना. मन जुळली पाहिजेत. तिची आठवण म्हणून त्याने तो धागा आता आतापर्यंत जपून ठेवला होता. काय तर म्हणे तिने बांधलेला धागा आहे तो मैत्री दिनानिमित्त. अरे पण मैत्री होती ना? मग त्याला काय आलीय या धाग्याची गरज? धाग्याने बांधून मैत्री नाहीच टिकत. एकमेकांच्या सुखदुखात सामील झालं कि या धाग्याची गरज नाही पडत. तिच्यासाठी तो आता भूतकाळ झालाय. तू का अडकून पडतोय यात? आता कुणी सांगावं त्याला कि भूतकाळ फक्त त्रस्त करतो. जर तर ची भाषा शिकवतो. जाऊ द्या काय काय सांगावं...जळगाव मधल्या त्या होस्टेल पासून  ते पुण्यातल्या चांदणी चौकापर्यंत चे अनेक प्रसंग आहेत. माझं-तुझं म्हटल्या पेक्षा सार आपलच.

व्यथा त्याची...

दोन वेळेसच्या भाकरीचा प्रश्न

कधी त्याला गुलाम बनवतो

तर कधी बेशरम

दिवसभरात कानांवर होणार बलात्कार रोखणार कसे?

सर्व सोडून तो चालत राहतो

कधी मुलाबाळांसाठी तर कधी कुटुंबासाठी

कधी थांबणार त्याची हि व्यथा?

फिकीर नेहमी त्याला भविष्याची

सवय लावते वर्तमान विसरायची.

कधी कधी तो हि कंटाळून जातो

पण संध्याकाळी चिमुकल्याचा चेहरा पहिला कि

तो पुन्हा उमेदीनं जगण्याचं ठरवतो.

सहन करतो होणारे अत्याचार निमुटपणे

रंगीबेरंगी स्वप्ने पाहत

कधीतरी हे चक्र थांबेल या आशेवर

पण ते नाही थांबलं तर

जीवन तर थांबतेच ना?

सुटका म्हणावी कि अजून काय?

जीवनापासून त्याची सुटका कि

जीवनाची त्याच्यापासून?

फक्त आणि फक्त अनुत्तरीत प्रश्न.

Part 1-Dear Sir/Madam, I had ordered the copy of Yuvraj Singh: The Test of My Life. I did not get it. So you sent the replacement copy of the same. I am thankful to that. But now the similar problem has occurred. Your website shows that it has been delivered on 4th November 2014. Unfortunately I have not got it. This is not the first time to purchase from Flipkart. I am a regular customer of Flipkart. All the previous products have been successfully delivered on my address. You can check my order history. Before I write this mail to you, I went to the post office twice to ensure whether they have got the order with Tracking Id- EZ250052916IN. It is confirmed that they have not got it. I do not know why this is happening. If it is delivered, where does the order go then? Another thing is that nobody has received the copy of it as you tell us to enquire to acquaintances. I have done everything before I write this mail to you. My question is- If I got all the orders before this on my address,

Part II -why is there the problem with this order? Your seller may better know about the happenings. They can enquire at the post office and then may go on to lodge the complaint at the post office. Coming to my problem, I do not know how you are going to solve it. I have already paid the required amount and I think it is my right to ask you about it. It is my earnest request to you to solve the issue as early as possible. Even if I do not get the book, I will leave it as I do not have time to write again and again. Money is not important for me. It is all about credibility of Flipkart. I have heard how the Bansals came together, started it and achieved the success in shorter period. I am always proud of the ventures of Indian people in Entrepreneurship. Indian Organization can compete with the MNCs and the story of Flipkart made me to feel good. I was really happy when I received the refund. The incident was over. It was not even in my mind later on. One day, I got a call from the postman. He asked me where I was. I told him to come at department where I was having a cup of tea. He had come to deliver a parcel. A thought came in my mind-I have not ordered anything from the last 15-20 days because I was busy in getting my money back from Flipkart. I opened the parcel and there was the book titled as “The Test of My Life”. I was surprised to see that.

I got the book and the money as well. I did not pay for that book as I faced a lot of trouble in the process and considered it as a gift from Flipkart for giving stress and wasting my valuable time.

Persistence is the key. Had I not been in touch with Flipkart, I would have lost money or I would have got the delivery very very late. They have to keep the promises. If not followed, we should not remain the dumb spectators. We must raise the issue through proper channel. We can even approach Consumer Forum where we just have to lodge the complaint and those people pursue it. The only thing is “Our complaint must have a merit”.
